Bondder, LLC Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how Bondder, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (referred to as “Bondder” and “Company”), collects, uses, and shares information about Users during their use of Company Services, websites, mobile applications, or other online products and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), or otherwise interacts with Company. This Policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including Company affiliates and subsidiaries, through any application, content, or advertising that may link to or be accessible from the Services. “User” shall refer to any person or entity accessing, using, scheduling services, or making purchases through Company Services. Please read this Policy carefully. This Policy will notify you of the following:


  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the Services, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Changes to Policy


Bondder may modify this Policy at any time, under its discretion. Should there be any changes to the Policy, Users shall be notified with a one (1) week notice prior to the effective date of the new policy. It shall be posted on Services and on the Company mobile application if applicable. At the beginning of each set of Policies, the effective date shall be posted. Users agree the continued access of Services after the effective date, warrants their acceptance to the modifications.


Information Collected


A. Personal Information:


i. Bondder collects any information Users provide directly to Company. Certain information will be collected upon account creation, Users’ purchases and transactions using the Services, using interactive areas of Company Services, signing up to receive Company communications, during the request of customer support, and during any other contact or communication with Company.


ii. Bondder may collect information including, but not limited to, birthdate (kept private, only used for identity verification and access to adult content), first name, last name, profile website address, e-mail address, password, gender, time zone, location, current location, financial information including credit cards and banking information (including through third-party payment services) shipping addresses, and any other information Users choose to provide including that which they may voluntarily place in their Bondder profile, including information that is defined as personal or personally identifiable information under any applicable law (referred to as “HSI“).


iii. Bondder may request information from you on our order form(s). To buy from Company or another User, User may be required to provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If Company or Selling User have trouble processing an order, this information will be used to contact you.


B. Non-Personal Information:


Bondder may collect some information automatically when User accesses Services, this information may include:


a. General: Including but not limited to, purchase history, shopping preferences, and demographic information.


b. Logging Information: Bondder may log information about Users’ use of Services including Users’ browser type, access times, usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, User submitted preferences, number of clicks, pages viewed, User IP address and pages User visited immediately preceding the access of Services.


c. Cookies and Tracking Devices: Bondder uses different technology to collect information including, but not limited to, sending cookies to User computers or mobile devices. Cookies are small data files stored on Users’ hard drive or in Users’ device memory that helps Company improve Services and the User experience. Bondder may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.


Bondder may also collect information using web beacons or tracking pixels. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in Company Services or emails to help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. Web browsers generally accept cookies by default. Users may choose to set, or alter, web browser preferences to remove or reject cookies. However, this may limit and affect the functionality of Company’s Services.


d. Mobile Device Location Information: When you visit the Services from your mobile device, Company may collect and store your location information if Users’ mobile settings allow the submission and collection of such data. Collection of this information may improve User Services.


e. Google Analytics: Bondder uses Google Analytics. This program offered by Google allows Bondder to track its website traffic. For more information regarding this program, please visit the Google Analytic website.


f. Information Company Collects From Other Sources: Bondder may collect or obtain information from other sources and combine such information with that collected through Services.


Company Use and Sharing of Information


A. Personal Information: Bondder hereby warrants it will not sell any User information, including HSI, to any third party. However, in the event Company undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, User personal information may be among the assets transferred. User hereby acknowledges and consents that such transfers may occur and are permitted under the Terms of Service and this Policy, and that any acquirer of Company assets may continue to process personal information as set forth in the Terms of Service and this Policy.


Additionally, Bondder may share User personal information, as needed, in order to complete or facilitate transactions Users voluntarily engage in on the Services.


B. Non-Personal Information: Bondder may use personal or non-personal information, for various purposes, including:


i. To operate and improve Services;
ii. Provide and deliver products and services User has requested or purchased;
iii. To process transactions and send Users related information, including confirmations and invoices;
iv. Solicit feedback from Users;
v. Provide technical support;
vi. Send Users technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages;
vii. Respond to User comments, questions, and requests;
viii. To provide customer service;
ix. Communicate with Users regarding products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by Company or Company Parties;
x. Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities regarding Services;
xi. Personalize and improve Services;
xii. To provide advertisements, content, or features that match User profiles or interests;
xiii. Link or combine with information collected from others to help understand User needs and provide Users with better service; and
xiv. Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected as allowed under applicable law.


C. Further Use: In general Company uses non-personal information to help improve Service and customize the User experience. Bondder also aggregates non-personal information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on its Services. This Policy does not limit in any way Company’s use or disclosure of non-personal information and Company reserves the right to use and disclose such non-personal information to its partners, advertisers, third parties or affiliates, at its own discretion.


Protection of Information


Bondder implements commercially standard security measures designed to protect User information from unauthorized access. However, Bondder urges Users to take steps to keep any information used to access Services safe by not disclosing any personally identifiable information. Bondder will keep HSI for the shortest possible duration that is reasonably necessary in order to carry out the task for which it was collected. Bondder has taken all reasonable and appropriate security measures to ensure the security of HSI. Furthermore, any and all data and communications shall be retained to minimally meet any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.


Wherever Bondder collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. While Bondder uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Bondder also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.


Selling Users and Buying Users may receive personal information about each other while completing a transaction through the Services. Bondder is not responsible or liable for, either directly or indirectly, Users uses of such personal information.


Users are responsible for the safe keeping of their Company log-in information. We recommend that Users keep such information private and do not share it with anyone. If User believes, for any reason, that User’s account has been compromised, User must notify us immediately.


User Rights Regarding Use of Personal Information


Company takes every reasonable measure to ensure compliance with the United States CAN-SPAM Act. Users have the right at any time to prevent Company from contacting User for marketing purposes. User may opt out of further promotional communication. User may indicate they do not wish to receive marketing communications from Company in the “Settings” section of User Account located on Company Services. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences indicated by either unsubscribing or option out in the Settings section of the Services, Bondder may continue to send administrative emails regarding updates to these Terms or Policy.


Third Party Sites and Social Media


Bondder may offer options to link to Users’ or other personal or entity social media sites. These social links let Users share actions or comments regarding Company and its Services through other media. Services may contain links to third party websites, and services not operated by Company. Bondder does not control these services. Linked sites and social media links may be provided as a service to Users, and does not imply any endorsement of the activities or content of these sites, nor any association with its operators. Users assume any and all risks, known or unknown, now existing or existing in the future, by following a link to a linked site. For specific terms and conditions, including privacy policies of the social media sites, please visit those sites directly.


Children Privacy


Bondder does not knowingly collect information, or allow access to Services, from children under the age of 13. If such information is discovered by Company, the information shall be removed, account deleted, and access blocked. Additionally, any guardian who learns a minor under the age of 18 is accessing Services without parental or guardian consent, may contact Bondder at the address below to have such information removed and blocked:
